*All cancellation requests will be accepted only through email and can be mailed to arval@orchidsjunglecamp.com . 

For cancellations made: 

•     ⦁ 15 (fifteen) days prior to your date of arrival, no cancellation fee or charges shall apply.
    ⦁ 10(ten) days prior to your date of arrival we will charge you a cancellation fee of 25% of your booking amount.   
•     ⦁ 7 (seven) days prior to your date of arrival we will charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of your booking amount
•     ⦁ 6 (six) days to 1(one) day prior to your date of arrival or in the event of a no show no refunds shall be made.

* All refunds shall be made only through bank transfers and within 2(two)- (4) (four) weeks of cancellation (or as per standard bank policy)   

Kindly note that all cancellations shall be subject to a charge of 10% (ten percent) towards payment processing charges which shall be deducted from the booking amount prior to making any refunds (if such refund is applicable).
